Overview

High pressure and CNG at a glance

The 9100 Model 20 brings the 9100's soft seat, high flow rate design to high pressure duty. It is manufactured to the ASME Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code, Section XIII, for UV stamped applications in air/gas and liquid service.

The 1400 pairs the same soft seat and fully guided disk design with a non-rising stem and smaller frame, for air/gas service up to 6,000 psig in tight spaces.

  • High pressure applications
  • Tight spaces (1400)

How it works

Watch the valve pop and reseat.

A spring holds the disk on the seat until system pressure reaches set. Then the valve pops to full lift, relieves, and reseats once pressure drops through the blowdown.

ClosedSpring force holds the disk on the lip seal seat. Pressure is below set.
